Yoga Holidays

We employ experienced staff to instruct you in a broad range of styles encompassing Iyengar, Hatha, Sivananda-Style Hatha, Astanga & Vinyasa disciplines. Their teaching is based on the system of Eight Limbs - followed by most schools of yoga - e.g. Iyengar, Sivananda, Ashtanga & Vinyasa.


We encourage pupils of all age groups and all levels to attend our holidays, as we specialise in classes where all levels can be taught together, to improve and enhance their individual performance.
N.B. All clients will need to bring their own Yoga Mat and are requested to also bring a block and a belt to help assist their posture during the class.

The unique quality of Yoga is that it concentrates on the movement of energy through the body, using asana, pranayama, concentration techniques & meditation. Over the course of a week the tutors will introduce a variety of postures, energy/ breathing exercises, & unique to this tradition, mediation & relaxation techniques.

Our Yoga Staff offer 'one'2'one' sessions in Yoga Structural Therapy. These sessions will allow, the individual a chance to improve their technique by:- paying special attention to each client, and helping the client have a better understanding of their posture/stance. Also these sessions built up over the course of the holiday help to improve the overall performance and enjoyment of the individual. (These sessions are available at a reasonable additional fee direct to the Yoga Tutor).
